Include your iPhone model, app version, the approximate time of the issue and any error message. Tell us what you were trying to do so we can help.

Please don’t email face recordings, passwords or payment card details. If we need more information, we’ll let you know.

For help with recording, creating or downloading your avatar, or using the face editor, email us with a description of the issue.

If a purchase didn’t unlock avatar creation, contact us before purchasing again. For an Apple refund request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
